The Role : Sales / Client Engagement Manager
This is a fully remote role designed for a proactive experienced professional who can take ownership of sales performance and client relationship management. You will play a critical part in driving revenue identifying new business opportunities and ensuring a high level of client engagement across several healthcare divisions. Autonomy strategic thinking and strong communication will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales client engagement or business development
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and close new business opportunities and partnerships
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to maximise retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions
- Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities pipelines and interactions
- Deliver regular reporting on performance trends and opportunities
- Represent the company at online meetings events and industry forums
- Daily activity targets :
- Make 60-100 calls per day to prospects and clients
- Send 30-50 emails per day to support engagement and pipeline growth
- Maintain consistent productivity over a 5-day working week
About You
3 years of experience in sales business development or client engagement (healthcare sector experience preferred)Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotelyExcellent communication relationship-building and negotiation skillsHighly organised with strong follow-through and attention to detailAnalytical thinker with the ability to spot trends and optimise sales approachesStrong digital fluency and comfort using CRM tools and virtual communication platformsProfessional home office setup with reliable internet and equipmentDriven self-motivated and eager to contribute to a growing organisationDesirable : Experience working with a remote client base and / or understanding of healthcare sector trends and complianceKey Skills
