Financial Controller (Plant)

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller (plant based), with strong financial acumen and international exposure, to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to drive financial performance at a plant level, working closely with operations and senior management. Dutie s :

• Oversee all financial operations for the plant, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and statutory requirements.
• Manage cost accounting processes, including plant / factory costing and variance analysis.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Lead financial audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and policies.
• Mentor and develop finance team members within the plant.
