The Role : Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in the growth engine of the company. Working closely with Account Executives and the broader Sales team, you will identify high-value prospects and initiate outreach to book quality meetings with enterprise-level clients. This is a fully remote position for someone who is driven, coachable, and loves the thrill of connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account Executives to build high-quality lead lists

Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage prospects

Book meetings with senior decision-makers at target enterprise companies

Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM

Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lusha to identify and qualify leads

Join sales calls via Zoom and receive coaching through Gong recordings

Contribute to a culture of experimentation, feedback, and continuous improvement

About You

1-2+ years of proven success in outbound sales or SDR roles

Confident speaking with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Resilient and tenaciouscomfortable handling rejection and objections

Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and accountability

Growth mindsetopen to feedback, eager to learn, and proactive in improving

Experience using HubSpot, Sales Nav, Lusha, and Gong is a plus

Bonus : Knowledge or experience in the construction or construction-tech sector
