Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver a multi-year software modernization program. The role requires end-to-end accountability for planning, execution, governance, and delivery of modernization initiativesranging from legacy system transformation to adoption of modern cloud-native architectures, DevSecOps practices, and enterprise integration. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, architecture, development teams, and operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory compliance.
Required experience :
- Certificate in Associate Project Management (CAPM) advantageous
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- PRINCE 2 Foundation and Practitioner advantageous
- Agile Certification advantageous
- Project / Program Management : 710+ years in IT project management, with at least 35 years leading complex software modernization or transformation initiatives;
- 710+ years + experience in Infrastructure and Development projects both Waterfall and Agile
- 3 Experience in partnering with and influencing directors or executives and cross-functional stakeholders financial industry experience advantageous
- Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), API-driven architectures, microservices, DevSecOps, CI / CD, containerization (Docker / Kubernetes
Knowledge :
