AsanExecutiveAssistant(EA)youwillprovidecriticaladministrativesupporttothePrincipalandPartnersofthecompanyandundertakeadministrativefunctionstoensurethattheiroperational,project-basedandbusinessdevelopmentrequirementsarecarriedouteffectivelyandefficiently.
ReportingdirectlytotheEATeamLeader,youwillbegiventhefreedomtobeyourselfalongwithrecognitionforwhatyoubringtothetable,allowingyoumakearealimpactandbeatrueKearneyOriginal.
Responsibilities
- Partner / Principal support
- Arrangecomplextravel&logisticplans,oftenwithlastminutechangesforSeniorLeadership.
- Coordinatecalendars,appointments,meetingagendas,minutesforSeniorLeadership,inadditiontostrategicsupport,advice,forwardplanningtomaximizeproductivitygainsforSeniors.
- Timeandexpensemanagement,inadditiontohandlingpayments&invoicing,includingbutnotlimitedtodataentry,recharges,reconciliationsupport,reporting.
- ManageandsupportwithPartnerandPrincipalmarketingefforts,planning,administrativesupport,communications,datacollection.
- SupportasaprimarycontactforexternalandinternalstakeholdersfortheassignedPartnersandPrincipals,managingcorrespondence,emails,calls,approvals.
- Draftcommunications,reports,presentations,spreadsheets,asrequiredtosupporttheLeaders,projectsandotherinitiatives.
- SupportwithBusinessDevelopment;CRMmanagement,RFPcoordinationandsupport,L&Pmanagement,WIPcreation,trackingandmonitoringproactivelyforrelevantprojects,supportingwithcashcollectioninitiativepipeline,DSOsupportcoordinationwithrelevantdepartments.
- Monitorandsupport;newsfeeds,securityupdates,internalteamFacebookanddistributionlistsandotheradministrativeneedsforthepractice.
- Support&collaboratewithotherdepartmentsregardingperformancemanagementprocess,HRpolicies&procedures,Leaderleaveapplications,travel,BDandoperations,recruiting,financeandother.
- AssistwithonboardingofnewPartnersandPrincipalstothefirm,ensuringsmoothcommunicationsandintegration,inadditiontoknowledgeupdatesonprocedures.
- PrepareandmanageorganizedfilingsystemsonbehalfofthedepartmentandLeaders.
Project Support
Prepareandproofreadpresentationstostandard.Supportpracticeareainitiatives,preparemeetingagendas,supportwithgeneraladministrativerequirements,organizeandmanagefilinganddatamanagementsystems.Supportwithresearchrequirementsfortheprojects,asrequired.Eventmanagementregardinginternalprojecteventsandorclientevents.Firm Building Activities

Have a college degree or equivalent hands-on work experience, preferably professional services industryHave strong communication in English both oral and written.
