Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full process of Sectional Title Transfers independently.
  • Draft, prepare, and process conveyancing documents accurately and timeously.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, banks, deeds office, and other stakeholders.
  • Open and manage files on Lexis Convey .
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and firm requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
  • Manage deadlines effectively and provide support to the conveyancing team where required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Conveyancing Secretary.
  • Proven expertise in Sectional Title Transfers (non-negotiable).
  • Proficient in Lexis Convey .
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and client service orientation.
