Description
To proactively showcase the Smollan brand ensuring we attract prospective talent into the business. Further, to manage the research and talent acquisition reporting function for the Talent Acquisition team and assist with end-to end recruitment.Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
Management of Processes and Administration relating to Recruitment
Plan, manage and execute promotion activities aligned with the strategy, such as on campus events, student event, vacation programme events and all relevant eventsBuild pipelines ensuring a high calibre pool of future fit talentOversee and ensure the distribution of marketing materials to the various universities and other institutionsEnsure program specified deadlines are adhered toWork closely with key stakeholders in Talent Acquisition and People Development to seamlessly integrate the new employee experienceEnsure updated and relevant approach to attract, source and hire future fitMonitor and provide feedback on processes and procedures to relevant stakeholdersIdentify problems and make recommendations to improve processes and proceduresRepresent Smollan at programs and events, including (but not limited to) organising information sessions, open houses, class visits, workshops, and networking receptionsPromote direct hiring through use of online sites and promoting vacancies through other appropriate channelsKeep abreast of trends and developmentsTalent Acquisition Reporting
Collate information from the Talent Acquisition team and compile monthly reports detailing all activity across respective teamsCollate and extract all information pertaining to the interaction of data and systems such as Direct Hire and Power BICollate information and insights and prepare high-level reporting for executive and Senior Management teams, noting market feedback, challenges and trendsCompile ad hoc reports as and when requiredStakeholder Engagement
Actively build, maintain and grow strong relationships with relevant stakeholders , internally and externallyDevelop wide external networks and represent Smollan at universities and business school careers events or job fairsManage client expectations and the effective flow of informationDevelop strong relationships with students and university lecturersCommunicate insights to relevant stakeholdersKey Competencies

Minimum Qualifications :
Degree / Diploma in Human Resources or related fieldMinimum Experience :
4-5 years’ recruitment research and reporting experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities :
