Afrimat is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic People Management (PM) & Learning and Development (L&D) Intern to join our dynamic team.This role provides an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in human resources, employee engagement, and learning initiatives within a leading organisation.Providing project management supportAssisting with day-to-day PM operations.Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and learning programmes.Assisting with Annual Training Reports (ATR) and Workplace Skills Plans (WSP).Compiling and analysing PM data and reports.Supporting employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.Contributing to research and innovation of PM processes and procedures.Providing general support to the Learning & Development functionWhat’s in it for you?
