Role Description
As a Customer Success Consultant, you’ll partner closely with school leadership teams to ensure they unlock the full value of Fease, our debt and fee management solution. You’ll be the trusted advisor guiding schools through onboarding, training, and ongoing support - helping them set up effective workflows, increase adoption, and confidently use financial insights to make informed decisions.
Your success will mean schools run more smoothly, achieve better financial sustainability, and continue delivering quality education.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school stakeholders.
- Lead onboarding, training, and reviews to ensure schools get maximum value from the product.
- Support schools in optimising fee management processes and interpreting financial dashboards.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Collaborate across teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure seamless customer journeys.
- Champion customer success stories and position d6 as a trusted partner in education.
Role Requirements
We’re looking for someone who brings both people and finance skills to the table. You’ll be successful in this role if you have :
Education & Experience
National Senior Certificate (essential).Relevant tertiary qualification in Education, Business, Finance, or Customer Relationship Management (advantageous).3–5 years’ experience in a customer-facing role within SaaS, EdTech, education, account management, or financial administration.Skills & Knowledge
Strong customer relationship management and consultative engagement skills.Ability to explain basic financial processes such as invoicing, reconciliations, collections, and reporting to non-financial stakeholders.Experience facilitating workshops, training, or reviews with clients.Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho is a plus).Knowledge of the South African education sector and the challenges schools face.Personal Attributes
