Project Engineer

Minimum requirements for the role :

• A minimum Grade 12 is essential for this role.
• A Degree / Diploma is preferred.
• Must have a knowledge of project management and a knowledge of the technical field.
• Previous (least 5 years) experience working in the IT / Software or similar sector .
• Must have exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Must be proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Must have strong communication skills for both team and client interactions.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication and ability to communicate in an accurate, concrete, clear, concise, and understandable manner to maximize comprehension of the message.
• Must be able to manage client expectations and build long-term relationships.
• Must have a proven capability to lead teams and manage resources effectively.
• Must have the potential or capacity to arrange the availability and allocation of required resources, the designing and utilization of control systems as well as the delegation and coordination of the tasks and duties of individuals and groups, in a way that ascertains the smooth flow of work throughout the workplace.
• Must have MS Office Computer skills, with Intermediate to Presentations, Word / Excel and mail writing.
• Must be able to work well with and support others.
• Must be able to work well under pressure.
