Candidate Requirements :

• Grade 12; a relevant hospitality qualification will be advantageous
• Previous experience in a similar lodge or hospitality role
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and guest-relations abilities
• Confident handling of daily operations and admin
• Well-presented, service-driven, and proactive
• Computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems
• Knowledge of food and beverage service
• Ability to manage stock and handle basic financial tasks
• Team player with a hands-on, proactive approach
