About the Role

As a Portfolio Director , you will :

• Lead and manage staff within the property management stream.

• Make operational decisions around income and expenditure aligned with client mandates.
• Drive growth by identifying new markets and optimising asset performance.
• Improve long-term profitability of shopping centres through revamps / expansions .
• Represent the company in industry forums, committees, and community initiatives.
