Social Media Video Editor

Travel Tractions / The Marketing Mill is looking for a talented and skilled Social Media Video Editor to assist in a part‑time role with the potential to move to full‑time.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media marketing, video editing and production. They should have a portfolio of past work and at least two years of video or social media experience. This is a remote job, so candidates can apply from anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished videos, including cutting, splicing, and synchronizing footage, adding sound effects, music, text and info / graphics.
• Craft compelling narratives and visual stories that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our audience.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop engaging video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
• Manage the agency's social media accounts and engage with followers.
• Analyze social media data to track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Produce scheduled high‑quality video content for the agency's website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.
• Stay up‑to‑date on the latest social media trends and technologies.
