Job descriptionMaximise income streams through effective promotion of add-ons, GP, and other revenue channels. Ensure consistent implementation of merchandising and marketing standards. Attract and retain a strong and loyal customer base. Inventory Management Monitor store performance in line with stock availability and customer demand. Customer Service Review and act on Mystery Shopper reports and customer feedback. Resolve product and service-related complaints quickly and effectively. Lead by example in reinforcing a customer-first culture among staff. People Management Plan for succession and promote internal growth. Manage performance consistently and fairly. Foster a positive, engaging and productive working environment. Administration & Compliance Oversee daily administrative duties, including cash-ups, safe checks, alarm checks and maintenance of admin files. Proven retail management experience Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and organisational skills Target and results-oriented mindset Passion for customer service and retail excellence
