Job Opportunity : In-House Sales Team Leader

An opportunity arises for a qualified, dynamic, self-motivated go-getter to head an established in-house sales team for a market leader in the apparel and related machinery supply business.

Duties & Responsibilities

This opportunity is office-based and requires :

• Achieving the company’s global sales target while setting and achieving your own targets.
• Managing, leading, building, and growing the current sales team.
• Marketing the company and its products.
• Developing new clientele and building relationships with the customer base.
• Establishing long-term relationships in an established business.
• Setting KPIs and benchmarks that need to be achieved.

Desired Experience & Qualification

The successful incumbent should have a related qualification and at least 10 years of management experience in this field, preferably in industrial machinery.

Package & Remuneration

Basic R20k per month + commission.
