Responsibilities
- Establish the sales team including forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and colleagues to ensure that the sales department is aligned with other business units (e.g. Operations, Production and Finance)
- Optimizing sales processes in close cooperation with international management team
- Contact person for key accounts and support in negotiations and, if necessary, acquisition of strategic key accounts
- Continuous market observation for the development of new market potentials
- Comprehensive sales controlling and monitoring of forecasts, revenues and other KPIs
- Participation in trade fairs, conferences and events
Your Profile
Successfully completed business studies - ideally with a focus on sales or industry focus. Alternatively, a degree in industrial engineeringSeveral years of experience as a sales manager or account managerVery good industry and product knowledgeExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft OfficeTeam player with positive charismaAffinity for communication, both internal and externalExperience in creating and implementing sales strategiesActive network in the potential clienteleEqual Opportunity
