Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Define project deliverables, milestones, and success criteria
- Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to established timelines
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Manage project budgets and track expenses against allocated funds
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead cross-functional project teams of varying sizesFacilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and managementConduct regular project meetings, including kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectivesMotivate team members and resolve conflicts when they ariseFoster a collaborative environment focused on achieving project objectivesStakeholder Management
Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout project lifecycleCommunicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior managementManage stakeholder expectations and requirements changesPresent project updates and results to executive leadershipBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partnersRisk & Quality Management
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategiesImplement quality assurance processes and standardsEnsure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulationsDocument lessons learned and best practices for future projectsContinuously improve project management processes and methodologiesRequired Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of project management experienceExperience managing projects with budgets of $100K+ and teams of 5+ membersProven track record of successful project deliverySkills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana, Jira, etc.)Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsMethodologies & Certifications
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologiesFamiliarity with change management principlesPMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferredPreferred Qualifications
Master's degree in relevant fieldExperience in (specific industry) projectsSix Sigma Green Belt or similar process improvement certificationExperience with budget management and financial analysisPrevious experience in a matrix organization structureCompensation & Benefits
