As a Website Project Coordinator, you are the connecting link between clients, designers, and developers, ensuring every project moves smoothly from concept to launch with precision, consistency, and care.
You will oversee timelines, manage communication, perform content quality checks, and guarantee that each website meets the agency’s high standards.
This is a hands‑on coordination role suited to detail‑oriented professionals who enjoy structure, autonomy, and meaningful client relationships.
Location : Fully remote, for applicants living in South Africa.
Salary : R25 000 – R30 000 per month.
Employment Type : Full Time, renewable contract.

Have 2–4 years’ experience in a digital agency, web design, or digital project coordination role.Are confident using tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira to manage tasks and timelines.Understand WordPress, content management, and basic HTML / CSS enough to communicate effectively with developers.Are skilled at proofreading and content QA, spotting design or functionality inconsistencies.Have worked with UK or international clients and are comfortable adjusting to their time zone.Possess exceptional communication skills and a client‑first mindset.Are set up for remote work with reliable internet and power backup.Bonus Skills :
Familiarity with UX / UI principles and SEO basics.Experience with website testing, browser checks, or mobile responsiveness audits.Prior exposure to digital marketing or design collaboration tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite)Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate the website project lifecycle from post‑design through launch.Serve as the primary client liaison, managing updates, expectations, and delivery timelines.Conduct content and functionality QA across desktop and mobile devices.Liaise between design, development, and content teams to align goals and outputs.Track deliverables, document progress, and report on project milestones weekly.Ensure that every project upholds brand and quality standards before launch.Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains across workflows.#J-18808-Ljbffr
