We’re seeking a dynamic leader to oversee all customer-facing operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience through top-tier service, team coordination, and operational excellence. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Minimum requirements :

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality / restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Sound knowledge of POS systems, cash-up procedures and basic administration
• Ability to train staff
• Willing to work retail / flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Available as soon as possible
