Introduction

To ensure that production and business receive the support required to conduct smooth running of operations and maximize profitability of the Cabling Portfolio within Construction Services.

Key Responsibilities

Business Management, which involves the development and management of the overall business strategy and leadership

Active involvement in actual project performance across Cabling projects

Ensure that all activities are carried out as per the documented processes and comply with the requirements of ISO and OHSAS certification

Financial management, Portfolio budget planning, monitoring, and cash flow management.

Ensure effective and efficient manpower scheduling and control in terms of production planning, utilization, training, and employee relations

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s) :

B Eng. / B-Tech Degree (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical and or B Sc (Quality Surveyor) or equivalent Qualification.

Relevant Management Qualification (e.g., Management Development Programme).

Experience :

7 years of Management experience in Power Generation, Transmission, or Distribution Industry; Construction Industry, or Industry of similar Operational processes
