Non-Negotiable Requirements :
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or Industrial Automation (or related field).
- Minimum 5 years experience in business development, export, or channel sales .
- Proven track record growing sales within industrial networking, automation, or communications technology sectors.
- Deep understanding of cross-border trade in SADC from distributors to large industrial clients.
- Valid passport and drivers license with willingness to travel frequently across Africa.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and technical presentation skills.
Job Experience & Skills Required :
Develop and execute export growth strategies for the SADC region.Identify, onboard, and manage regional distributors, agents, and partners .Conduct on-site client visits , market mapping, and technical product presentations.Negotiate and secure sustainable business agreements in alignment with company targets.Work closely with engineering and logistics teams to ensure delivery and after-sales support.Attend trade exhibitions and networking events to represent the companys technical offering.Analyse regional performance, forecast sales, and provide market intelligence reports.For more engineering jobs, please visit :
