About The Role
This role will play a crucial role in supporting the InfluenConnect x Comms8 teams. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and managers, you will be tasked with providing efficient and professional support in campaign management, new business development and content creation management across regions. This presents an exciting prospect, offering exposure to various operational activities within InfluenConnect x Comms8. There are extensive opportunities for professional development and the chance to make a significant impact within InfluenConnect and Comms8.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management : provide efficient and professional support in campaign management, including liaising with clients to discuss product / service marketing objectives, and developing appropriate strategies to deliver those objectives.
- New Business Development : assist Managing Director and managers in identifying business leads, engage with key client contacts, and manage bespoke proposals for potential clients.
- Content Production Management : collaborate with designers for digital graphics and animations, and work with the production team for filming and editing promotional videos for campaigns and events; localise and write marketing content in local languages.
- Strategic planning and event support : outline and implement event execution plans for client conferences, exhibitions, and seminars, including on-site support; coordinate with production houses for quotes and oversee event and campaign executions.
- Stay informed on changes in media, readership or viewing figures and advertising rates; keep the business up to date with market and competitive developments; support the wider team for marketing campaign implementation.
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing, event management and PR, ideally with over 3 years experience in account managementExcellent communications skillsStrong understanding of the Chinese and Asian culture and media landscapeFluent in English; proficiency in Simplified Chinese (written & spoken) would be an advantageStrong ability to create professional press releases and social media contentEager to learn and demonstrate a high level of curiosityDisplay a can-do attitude, proactive in seeking solutionsPassionate about marketing and brandingBenefits
