We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Branch Credit Assistant at our Pietermaritzburg Branch.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare Credit Proposals.
- Processing of Credit Files and all Branch memos.
- Maintaining of Credit Files.
- Completion of security documents for Credit Facilities sanctioned.
- Follow up for Company Financials, Insurance policies, Rate Clearance Certificates, Valuation Reports and Financial Rating.
- Reviewing Credit Limits, follow-up on overdue facilities.
- Answering client queries.
- General Banking.
- Any other related responsibilities can be assigned to the candidate as required.
Desired Experience, Competencies & Qualification
BCom / Relevant Bachelor's Degree.Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.High attention to detail with strong organisational and administrative skills.Sound knowledge of financial statement review, valuation reports, and rate clearance certificates.Excellent communication and customer service abilities to effectively handle client queries.Strong teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting branch credit activities.Interested?
