Purpose of this Role :
The Creative Lead is a senior-level designer responsible for driving the visual expression of the brand across all touchpoints. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on expertise, ensuring all creative output aligns with the brand vision, marketing objectives, and business goals. The Creative Lead will collaborate closely with the Head of Brand & Growth, Marketing Manager, and cross-functional teams to elevate the brand's presence and impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and evolve the brand's visual identity across digital, print and experiential channels.
- Lead creative ideation and execution of campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.
- Champion innovation in design, animation and multimedia storytelling
- Produce high-impact design work including digital assets, video content, social media visuals, presentation and product collateral.
- Apply UX / UI principles to enhance user experience across web and digital platforms.
- Oversee design projects to support brand and marketing goals.
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to align creative execution with campaign timeline and deliverables.
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, Sales and external agencies to support business needs.
- Present creative concepts and recommendations to stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic priorities with design execution.
- Brief and manage external designers, photographers, videographers and other creative vendors when required.
- Maintain an organised digital asset library (Media Library and Sharepoint) and ensure version control.
