Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimisation of end-to-end collections strategies that drive portfolio performance.
• Design, implement and monitor predictive models and champion / challenger campaigns across the credit life cycle.
• Analyse portfolio-level data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with BI and data teams to ensure meaningful dashboards and automated reporting are rolled out.
• Guide operations through data-driven strategy that enhances recoveries, improves yield, and reduces cost to collect.
