We are currently hiring a Senior Procurement Manager - Retail to join the team at RPO Recruitment. You will work closely with our clients to understand their procurement needs and develop strategies to ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement practices. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the retail industry clients
• Oversee the procurement process from sourcing to contract negotiation and supplier management
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals
