We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive with proven experience in cold calling to join our dynamic sales team. As a key contributor to our sales efforts, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities :
Prospecting and Lead Generation :Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to generate leads and identify potential clients.
Utilize market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.Sales Presentations :Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products / services.
Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of prospective clients.Relationship Building :Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions.Negotiation and Closing :Lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition and delivery of products / services.Sales Reporting and Analysis :Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.Market Intelligence :Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Provide insights and recommendations to the team to adapt and refine sales strategies.Requirements :
Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on cold calling and lead generation.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
