Job descriptionWe’re looking for a proactive Hilti Store Representative to join our sales team. You will have a passion for sales, and you’ll develop broad product knowledge across the complete Hilti catalogue to offer a worldclass retail and customer experience (CX) to our customers. As a Hilti Store representative, you’ll look after our retail store, serving local clients ranging from sole traders to large construction projects. It’s a busy, hands-on role, where you’ll demonstrate our products, cross-sell our software and services, and advise customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. Between serving customers, you’ll carry out day-to-day processes like entering orders, receiving goods, accepting repairs, managing inventories, and developing a customer base through proactive contact and sales. Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (Sales, Marketing, Business, or industry related) – Is advantageous. Min 2 years client- facing sales experience and / or customer experience. Superior verbal and written English communication skills. Strong stakeholder engagement skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. A high level of English communication skills. An analytical, result-oriented, and pro-active mindset with a team oriented, self-driven attitude. A proven track-record as a top-performer who consistently meets and exceeds goals. A willingness to work in a sales-driven environment. Sales / Retail / Business Development jobs
