Suitable candidate must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills :

  • Grade 12
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Medical Fitness
  • Meet Dover Classification
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

    • Suitable candidates must have the following work experience :

  • 2 years of experience in operating dozers

    • Your successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to :

  • Operate bulldozers / dozers and attachments to cut, move, push, spread, backfill, and grade soil and materials.
  • Read site plans, grade stakes, and use GPS / grade control systems to meet specifications.
  • Perform pre-shift and post-shift machine inspections; report defects and coordinate basic maintenance.
  • Maintain safe operating practices : follow traffic control, flagging, and site-specific safety rules.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, spotters, and other equipment operators to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Manage fuel, fluids, and basic lubrication checks as required.
  • Keep the work area clean of hazards and properly store attachments and tools.
  • Complete daily logs and report progress to the site superintendent.
