KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct administrative duties. Exercise excellent communication and writing skills. Ensure accuracy in all correspondence. Telephone management which includes inter alia, taking incoming calls, answering to customer queries / complaints and making outgoing calls.Manage the Manager’s diary. Coordinate events management and perform general office management duties. Organizing logistics of the meetings, daily.Preparation of agenda, as and when required. Record proceeding of the meeting (minutes), daily. Write minutes and action logs, as and when required. Distribute minutes and follow up on action logs.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential qualifications and experience :
Grade 12 (NQF 4) and an accredited 6 months’ secretarial certificate2 years’ experience in a secretarial environmentExperience in MS Office packagesAdministrative / Management jobs
