The role : Our client is seeking a Key Accounts Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for service delivery to corporate clients and clients based in specific regions.

Functions :

• Responsible for service delivery to corporate clients and clients based in specific regions.
• Service delivery entails the implementation of the Annual Service Plan as agreed with the appointed advisor and management of the corporate client.
• In addition to services listed in the service plan, key account consultants are responsible for establishing and managing the relationship with members and strengthen relationships with corporate advisors as representatives of the scheme while focusing on retaining and growing membership.
