Job descriptionPrevious experience in delivering training (formal or informal, minimum 6–12 months). Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners. Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and / or e-learning platforms. Own car and valid driver’s license required . An accredited certificate or diploma in the following fields (Learning and development, Training, or Education) Experience with SETA is advantageous Competitive monthly compensation : R8,000 – R10,000 Opportunity for a permanent position after 6 months Fuel card provided (for work-related travel) Growth and exposure in learning and development Supportive team environment with practical, hands-on experience
About the Role
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Trainers to join our team in Johannesburg and Cape Town . This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about learning and development, enjoy engaging with people, and have prior training experience. The initial contract is for 6 months, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging, interactive training sessions (in-person and / or virtual) for employees.
- Support onboarding and induction of new hires.
- Assist in developing training materials and content.
- Gather feedback from training sessions and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with HR and line managers to address training needs.
- Travel locally as needed to deliver training sessions (fuel card provided).
