Duties and responsibilities :
Provide financial insights as a strategic partner to the leadership team
Manage long-term routines, setting agendas of LT calls and ensuring contributors have prepared their content.Support CCOâs during selling and execution phasesMonitor performance of finance function, seeking out opportunities for improvement.Work with JHB leadership to determine long-term financial goals and targets.Identify and mitigate risks across the administrative functions (HR, IT Ops, etc)Operations :Supervision and coordination of several support teams
Building and facilities management, managing long-term Real Estate strategyManage Capex, oversee maintenance planningHandle relationships with landlords / property managersEnsure site safety and securityManage office operations, events, catering, travelProcurement and cost managementManage BBBEE strategy and transformationRequirements :
Bachelorâs degree in finance, Business Management or similarCA(SA), CIMA or CPA certification beneficial10+ years consulting or business finance experience, with proven expertise in managing teams and leading high-impact, complex projects
