Qualifications

• More than 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager or Client Success in a similar role
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Able to analyze data and formulate strategies in line with the required outcome
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Coach, manage, and mentor leaders within the business to achieve KPIs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in operational management tools and software
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting

$1,500 - $2,500 per month, paid in USD, depending on experience.
