Qualifications
Grade 12Hotel School Diploma or similarMinimum of 3 years experience as a Senior Department Manager GM, F&B Manager, Rooms Division, as well as a minimum of 3 years experience in an Operations Management position in a 4 / 5 Star Hotel / LodgeRequirements
Should be experienced within all different areas of a Hotel / LodgePolite, friendly person with a strong personality that can think on their feetWell spoken and well presented individualStrong leader who have been in charge of employees beforeMust be computer literatePrevious experience on Micros POS and Opera PMS systemsResponsibilities
Effective leadership, manage and oversee all departments within the Lodge / ResortPlan and manage the day to day operations effectivelyDrive the broader goals of the hotel in relation to all outlets mentioned aboveTo ensure consistent acquisition and maintenance of guestsThe managing of Human Resources paperwork for the entire hotelEnsure the required policies, procedures and administrative systems and controls are in placeDay to day guest interaction to receive feedback and actively implement necessary actionOverseeing and assisting in departmental stock takesAdherence to all company practicesLeading, training and motivating the teamDrive the hotel’s quality plan and implement all required standards#J-18808-Ljbffr
