Are you an organized people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment A24 Group is looking for a Internal Recruitment Administrator to join our growing team!

About the Role

Youll be responsible for managing internal recruitment HR administration and supporting smooth communication between employees and management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing structure with people interaction and ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all recruitment activities through our HR platform BambooHR .
  • Filter and shortlist candidates for various internal roles.
  • Schedule interviews and liaise with department managers.
  • Oversee and manage employee leave records (annual sick etc.).
  • Ensure all new and existing employees have accurate and signed employment contracts.
  • Assist with general HR administration and employeeemployer coordination.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR or recruitment administration .
  • Strong working knowledge of BambooHR or similar HR systems.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment.
  • A proactive detail-oriented and approachable personality.
