Team Leader Plumbing

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plumbing maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ standards (ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 18001).
• Allocate work and monitor performance of Artisan Plumbers and Assistants.
• Maintain accurate records of time sheets materials and completed work.
• Identify and manage critical spares for plumbing equipment.
• Conduct risk assessments and apply best operating practices.
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment.
• Support other departments and perform reasonable ad hoc tasks.
