Job descriptionBachelors Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters a bonus). 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, or technology ideally in financial services, insurance, or telecoms. Proven leadership experience managing enterprise‑wide data initiatives. Technical expertise in Azure Synapse, SQL, Metadata, and Master Data Management. Deep knowledge of South African data governance and compliance standards. Strong strategic vision, communication, and people leadership skills. Lead the transformation of how data powers business decisions. Collaborate with exceptional thinkers and innovators. Be part of a high‑impact, forward‑thinking leadership team shaping the future of analytics.

- Lead, inspire, and grow a team of data professionals into a world‑class analytics function.
