The Opportunity

As the Executive responsible for Data & Analytics, you will take full ownership of the organisation’s data strategy – setting the direction, building the capabilities, and embedding a culture where data is central to decision-making and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement a bold, enterprise-wide data and analytics strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Champion data governance, data quality, and compliance to build trust in data across the business.
• Lead the design and adoption of scalable data management and architecture frameworks.
• Collaborate across functions – including Risk, Finance, Actuarial, and Compliance – to embed analytics into strategic and operational decision-making.
• Influence major technology and infrastructure decisions to support a flexible and future-ready data environment.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
