Job descriptionStrong experience working with dialler systems. Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams. Resilient, adaptable, and growth-oriented mindset. Comfortable working in a performance-based, "what you put in is what you get out" environment. Business / Financial / Commercial Diploma or Degree. Management qualification an advantage. Regulatory accreditation (FAIS compliant).
Were seeking someone whos ready to follow our proven business model, roll up their sleeves, and build from the ground up by dialing and making sales.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Direct involvement in dialing and making sales.
- Ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Foster a results driven culture where effort directly impacts reward.
