Job Title : Brokerage Analyst

Work hours : 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM Central Time

Position Summary

The Brokerage Analyst will support the commercial brokerage team by providing financial analysis market research and operational support . This role is essential to underwriting deals maintaining data integrity and ensuring timely and accurate reporting for brokers investors and clients.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under aggressive timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deal Support & Underwriting

• Prepare financial models and underwriting analyses for acquisitions dispositions and leasing opportunities using Argus Excel and other licensed software.
• Review draft leases prior to execution for accuracy (rent schedules dates escalations etc.) and ensure compliance with lease type standards before legal review.

Performance Standards

Qualifications & Experience

Strong proficiency with Excel and financial modeling.

Hands-on experience using Argus or other underwriting / valuation tools.

Familiarity with market data platforms such as CoStar and LoopNet.

Experience maintaining data accuracy within a CRM system (Ascendix preferred).

Background in real estate brokerage financial analysis or market research highly valued.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence and client interactions.

Ability to deliver accurate error-free work under tight deadlines (2448 hour turnaround).

Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
