Duties & Responsibilities

Our client is a trusted name in hydraulic hose repair and replacement offering fast reliable service and a comprehensive range of fluid transfer solutions that power everything from construction sites to manufacturing plants. With a reputation built on precision, pressure and performance they're the go-to experts when uptime matters most. Now as they expand their operations and tighten their financial strategy they're looking for a Financial Manager who's ready to bring just as much energy and efficiency to the books as they bring to every fitting and fix.

• Lead and manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support business strategy
• Develop and maintain financial models for performance tracking and planning
• Drive financial and commercial strategic decision-making
• Support operational teams with cost optimisation and business cases
• Report directly to senior leadership with actionable financial insights
