Our client seeks a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their MINISTRIES office. This role requires strong administrative and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting the smooth running of their International Ministry.
Requirements
- Degree or formal qualification in Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- 5yeras min experience in Office Management and administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational ability with attention to detail.
- Sales Admin
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general office systems.
- A collaborative, service-minded approach.
- Ideally, experience working in a church, ministry, or theological environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in daily activities.Provide administrative support, including document management, correspondence, and scheduling.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organisational policies.Support senior leadership with reporting, planning, and communication tasks.Act as the central point of contact for staff, visitors, and stakeholders.Assist with event coordination and church / theological activities where required.How to apply
