About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Network Engineer to join our U.S.-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. This is a fully remote position , supporting clients across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate is technically strong, highly organized, and excels at network documentation . You will gain hands‑on experience with a range of networking and security technologies , including Fortinet, Sophos and other enterprise‑grade solutions, while contributing to high‑quality client solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure for clients, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless devices.
• Assist with network security implementations and routine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for all client networks, configurations, and procedures.
• Support senior engineers in escalations and projects as needed.
• Participate in client communications and provide technical guidance as required.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest networking and security technologies, including Fortinet, Sophos and similar solutions .
