The ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for detail, a deep understanding of architectural aesthetics, and mastery of industry-leading 3D rendering software. You will collaborate with architects and designers worldwide to bring their concepts to life, producing compelling visuals for marketing, presentations, and design development. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality photorealistic 3D renders and walkthrough animations for architectural projects. Model 3D environments and scenes based on architectural drawings and specifications. Apply realistic texturing, lighting, and camera techniques to achieve stunning visual results. Interpret architectural briefs and translate them into compelling visual narratives. Collaborate remotely with architects, designers, and clients to refine visualization concepts. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual assets that meet project requirements. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization, rendering engines, and VR. Troubleshoot and optimize rendering processes for efficiency and quality. Maintain a high standard of artistic and technical execution across all projects. Contribute creative ideas to enhance the visual impact of architectural presentations. Requirements Proven experience as an Architectural Visualization Specialist or 3D Artist with a strong portfolio in architectural rendering. Expert proficiency in 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or similar. Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and terminology. Experience with post-production software like Adobe Photoshop and After Effects. Understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory for realistic results. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for visual aesthetics. Strong communication skills for effective remote collaboration. Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and work independently. Experience with VR visualization is a plus. Passion for creating impactful architectural visuals.
