We are seeking a driven and dynamic person to join our sales team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for B2B and outbound sales, and a knack for building strong, lasting business relationships.
The role involves outbound sales activities, including cold calling, proactive lead generation, and managing key account relationships within a B2B environment. You will engage with clients across diverse industries throughout Africa and the Middle East.
The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, thrive in fast-paced sales settings, and be comfortable driving growth through strategic B2B engagement, outbound prospecting, and high-level sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales : Conduct proactive outbound sales activities, including cold calling, follow-ups, and targeted outreach to potential clients.
- Lead Generation : Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Client Outreach : Engage potential clients, presenting our services and solutions in a compelling and professional manner.
- Key Account Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Process : Navigate the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including proposal development and contract negotiations.
- Market Research : Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Sales Reporting : Track and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates to management and suggesting improvements to the sales strategy.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and consulting teams to align on strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
Qualifications
