Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Durban. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy to help patients recover and improve their daily living and working skills. Daily tasks will include working with patients of all ages, especially pediatrics, administering rehabilitation exercises, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will : assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, administer rehabilitation exercises, document patient progress, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Medicine skills
• Proficiency in Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working with Pediatrics
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others improve their quality of life
• A valid license to practice occupational therapy
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
