Role Overview
The Copywriter / Content Writer is responsible for conceptualizing, crafting, and delivering compelling written content across multiple platforms — from web pages and blogs to social media, paid campaigns, and thought leadership.
You’ll work closely with strategists, designers, and digital specialists to ensure every piece of content is aligned with brand objectives, optimized for performance, and executed with precision.
We’re looking for a writer who can think strategically, write persuasively, and deliver long-form and short-form content at scale — across multiple platforms and formats — without compromising on quality or consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation at Scale : Produce high-quality long-form and short-form content for digital platforms — including blogs, web pages, landing pages, thought leadership pieces, emailers, social posts, and paid ads.
- Long-Form Mastery : Craft detailed, structured, SEO-informed copy that drives authority and engagement (blogs, feature articles, whitepapers, brand storytelling, etc.).
- Short-Form Agility : Create thumb-stopping headlines, captions, taglines, and performance copy that converts across social and paid media channels.
- Brand Voice Consistency : Develop and maintain tone of voice guidelines; adapt style seamlessly across brands, industries, and audiences.
- SEO & Optimization : Implement keyword strategies and on-page SEO best practices to ensure visibility and search performance.
- Creative Collaboration : Work closely with designers, strategists, and digital teams to translate ideas into cohesive campaigns and narratives.
- Editing & Quality Control : Proof, refine, and QA all written output for clarity, consistency, grammar, and factual accuracy.
- Content Performance : Partner with analytics and performance teams to measure impact and iterate based on engagement data.
- Content Calendar Management : Contribute to and maintain editorial and campaign calendars to ensure consistent, timely delivery.
Requirements
Experience : 5 years of copywriting or content creation experience in an agency or brand marketing environment.Portfolio : Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality long-form and short-form content at volume.Education : Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field preferred.Skills
Superior writing, editing, and conceptual skills.Ability to scale content production without sacrificing creativity or quality.Deep understanding of digital ecosystems — social, web, email, and paid media.Strong knowledge of SEO, readability, and engagement techniques.Proficiency in editorial planning and content workflows.Familiarity with content management systems and collaboration tools.Tools : Google Workspace, Grammarly, SEO tools, CMS (WordPress, Webflow), and AI-assisted writing tools where appropriate.Preferred Experience
Agency or brand-side experience managing multiple content streams concurrently.Exposure to high-volume, performance-driven content production environments.Experience creating copy for B2B, B2C, and D2C brands.Understanding of paid media messaging, UX writing, and funnel-based content strategy.Familiarity with generative AI workflows (for scale and efficiency, not replacement).#J-18808-Ljbffr
