Looking for CRM and Marketing Operations Manager to optimise customer engagement ecosystem. This strategic role involves managing the core technology platforms (HubSpot and SAP Business One) while also actively executing marketing initiatives to generate leads. You will orchestrate a seamless customer journey, from the first marketing touchpoint through to sales and post-purchase support, ensuring no enquiry is missed and every customer feels informed and valued.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot, including its Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
Requirements
Proven experience in a role such as CRM Manager, Marketing Operations Manager, or Marketing Technologist.Strong, hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) and crucially, managing its integration with a CRM like HubSpot.Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI tools for marketing and operational efficiency (e.g. for content generation, data analysis, workflow automation, or predictive lead scoring).Demonstrable experience in lead generation, including hands-on execution of email marketingand social media marketingcampaigns.Deep understanding of the full marketing and sales funnel, customer journey mapping, and lead nurturing principles.Duties
Serve as the primary system administrator for HubSpot, managing all technical aspects including user setup, roles, workflows, automation, and data integrity.Oversee the critical integration and data synchronisation between HubSpot and ERP, SAP Business One (SAP B1).Collaborate with the marketing department to design, execute, and measure multi-channel lead generation campaigns.Creating and managing email marketing campaigns and company's social media marketing.Utilize AI-powered tools for content creation.Handling and delegating website enquiries and ensuring prompt, professional follow-up.Design and implement communication workflows in HubSpot to nurture leads, provide order updates, and manage the customer experience throughout the sales process.Develop and maintain dashboards to track the full marketing and sales funnel, from lead acquisition cost to conversion rates and customer lifetime value.Develop and deliver training to ensure sales and service teams are proficient in using the CRM and adhering to communication best practices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
