Role overview
This isn\'t your average recruiter gig :
You\'ll operate at the heart of the cybersecurity revolution, embedded in world-leading businesses, helping shape their talent strategy from the inside out.
We\'re looking for high-performing Recruiters based in Cape Town, ready to elevate their careers, unlock uncapped earning potential, and work globally, all while living locally.
What You\'ll Be Doing
- Partnering with fast-growth cybersecurity and AI scale-ups across the UK, US & Europe
- Owning client relationships with founders and C-level executives
- Designing custom, high-impact hiring strategies that solve real-world hiring pain points
- Driving delivery using our premium tech stack, marketing engine, and deep niche talent pools
- Becoming a trusted advisor to some of the world\'s most disruptive tech companies
